This hotel is located next to downtown Corpus Christi on the Bayfront. Insurance carrier adjusters, consultants and engineers met with Balance Adjusters and determined that damages to the roof and interiors of the property were not significant and falling below the deductible.

After two days of detailed inspection we prevailed and the carrier reversed their decision and secured payment after several weeks. The carrier neglected to consider the exterior damage to the property that includes brick veneer, all windows and roofing components on multiple levels.  The resulting settlement to date is in excess of 3,600% higher than the original carrier offer.  The negotiations are still ongoing, with the potential for a much larger settlement amount once everything is fully resolved.
